Terms And Conditions

1.1 These Terms apply to all users accessing the Platform, regardless of the device or internet-enabled resource used (each a "Device"). By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies of HDIPlatform.

1.2 These Terms govern your rights and obligations in using the Platform and are in addition to any other valid legal contract you may have executed with HDIPlatform for availing interview services.

1.3 HDIPlatform reserves all rights in relation to the Platform that are not expressly granted in these Terms.

2.1 You may only access and use the Platform as per the Terms set by HDIPlatform, subject to payment for services as specified in separate agreements or contracts.

2.2 HDIPlatform services may not be available in all geographical regions, and eligibility to access certain services may vary based on location.

2.3 To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

2.4 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are solely responsible for activities conducted under your account.

2.5 HDIPlatform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if inaccurate or misleading information is provided.

2.6 Unauthorized commercial exploitation of the Platform, including reverse engineering, reproduction, or resale, is strictly prohibited.

2.7 HDIPlatform reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to any user at its discretion.

3.1 HDIPlatform provides interview-as-a-service solutions, including technical interviews conducted by experienced professionals.

3.2 The Client provides job descriptions and candidate details; HDIPlatform assigns suitable interviewers and delivers post-interview reports.

3.3 All reports generated by HDIPlatform are for internal hiring purposes only and may not be shared, sold, or modified without HDIPlatform's consent.

4.1 All content, software, and intellectual property on the Platform, including interview reports, are the exclusive property of HDIPlatform.

4.2 Clients may use interview reports solely for hiring-related decisions but do not obtain ownership or distribution rights over the reports.

4.3 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of HDIPlatform's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Any feedback provided to HDIPlatform regarding services will not be confidential, and HDIPlatform may use such feedback without compensation.

5.1 Fee Structure

5.1.1 Fees for services will be as per the agreement between the Client and HDIPlatform.

5.1.2 HDIPlatform now operates on a prepaid model. Clients must purchase credit packages in advance through their wallet to access and use services.

5.2 Prepaid Credits and Package Validity

5.2.1 Each prepaid package comes with a defined credit amount and a fixed validity period, as specified at the time of purchase.

5.2.2 Upon expiry of the validity period, any unused credits will be automatically reset and will not carry over.

5.2.3 It is the Client's responsibility to monitor credit usage and validity timelines.

5.3 Payments and Refunds

5.3.1 Payments must be made in full at the time of package purchase.

5.3.2 All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the transaction is successfully completed.

5.3.3 No refunds will be issued for unused, expired, or partially used credits.

5.4 Legacy Postpaid Terms (if applicable)

5.4.1 For Clients operating under previously agreed postpaid terms, payments must be made within the timeframe specified in the invoice or contract.

5.4.2 Late payments may incur penalties, interest charges, or suspension of services, at HDIPlatform's discretion.

5.5 Changes to Pricing and Packages

5.5.1 HDIPlatform reserves the right to modify its pricing structure or packages at any time. Any such changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active prepaid packages until renewal.

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared.

6.2 HDIPlatform processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6.3 HDIPlatform does not sell or share Client or candidate data with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7.1 HDIPlatform aims to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7.2 The Platform is provided "as is," and HDIPlatform makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or performance of interview results.

7.3 HDIPlatform is not liable for hiring decisions based on interview reports.

8.1 HDIPlatform reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform for any breach of these Terms.

8.2 Upon termination, outstanding payments must be cleared within the stipulated timeframe.

8.3 HDIPlatform may also terminate access if required by legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

9.1 To the extent permitted by law, HDIPlatform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

9.2 HDIPlatform's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the last 12 months.

10.1 Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussions within 15 business days of notification.

10.2 If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Law of India in Bangalore.

10.3 The governing law for this Agreement shall be the laws of India.

11.1 HDIPlatform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

11.2 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
